We are proud to be launching a practical way to scale a more caring and mentally healthy culture. The WeCARE peer support eLearning and printed resources will help leaders and employees to care for a distressed colleague, ask R U OK?, and guide them to help.
Based on what we have learnt from completing FactorC pilots with EY and the University of Sydney (plus insights from R U OK?, Jacobs, Connor clothing, Woolworths, Sydney Trains, Metro Trains etc) we believe we have put together a range of simple yet effective resources.
The WeCARE resources will include:
- The Caring Culture Campaign 3 step approach – Prepare, Launch, and Momentum – with a Foundation approach – and Trans-formative approach (see image below)
- The new ‘I CARE: How to support a colleague in distress’ poster (see below)
- a 20-minute WeCARE course that covers the ICARE framework accessible via any Learning Management System
- A ‘WeCARE: How to support a colleague in distress’ booklet
- A WeCARE wallet card and pin

$20,000 for all employee access licence per annum – for the 20-minute WeCARE online 20 course, poster, and booklet
$15,000 for our first 5 clients – for all employee access licence per annum
Transform (as indicated in the Caring Culture Campaign above)
This will involve preparing for the launch, inviting employee mental health stories, videoing stories, providing a high impact launch, and building ongoing momentum to create a more caring and mentally healthy workplace. (Quoted once brief is agreed).
The WeCARE program will be launched on July 18.
