Top 10 resilience and mental health workplace issues for 2013

In February 2013 we asked people from my database and LinkedIn to rate the value of 30 potential resilience and mental health topics for them this year. Thank you to those who answered the survey. These were the top 10:

  8. Building office rituals that enhance wellbeing
  9. How a team can assist someone who is struggling
  10. Coaching strategies to enhance tribal mood and energy

Many of these topics revolve around better leadership coaching and change management. Over the next 6 months we address each of these most requested topics via this blog and newsletter.
